Terms of service
Terms & Conditions Last updated: April 2026 · Valid for EU & UK
Important notice: By visiting our online shop and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
§ 1 — Scope & Provider
These Terms & Conditions (called "Terms") apply to all contracts concluded between Venireclo (hereinafter "we," "us," or "Venireclo") and our customers (hereinafter "you" or "the customer") via our online shop at venireclo.com.
Venireclo sells exclusively to consumers, meaning natural persons placing orders for private purposes. We do not accept any conflicting terms from the customer unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
Provider: Venireclo Email: venire@skymail.de
§ 2 — Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.
By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Place Order" button, you submit a binding purchase offer. You will first receive an automatic order acknowledgement by email, which does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
The purchase contract is concluded only when we accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or shipping confirmation by email. We reserve the right to reject orders without giving reasons.
§ 3 — Prices & Payment
All prices stated are gross prices including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and clearly communicated during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the time of order applies.
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Klarna (invoice, instalments, instant transfer)
- SEPA Direct Debit (EU only)
Payment is due upon completion of the order. When paying via third party providers (e.g. Klarna, PayPal), the respective provider's terms apply in addition to ours.
§ 4 — Delivery & Shipping
We deliver throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, and selected other countries. Stated delivery times are estimates and not contractually guaranteed.
- EU: approx. 7 to 10 business days
- UK: approx. 7 to 10 business days
Delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or force majeure are beyond our control and do not give rise to any claim for damages. Risk of accidental loss passes to you upon handover of the goods to the carrier, unless you are a consumer under applicable national law that provides otherwise, in which case risk passes upon physical delivery to you.
Notice for UK customers: Since the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union, customs duties and import VAT may be levied by HMRC upon import. For orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout in accordance with UK regulations. For orders above £135, any applicable duties and import VAT are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
§ 5 — Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at venire@skymail.de with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Note: This 30 day return window exceeds the statutory minimum under both UK (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: 14 days) and EU (Consumer Rights Directive: 14 days) consumer law.
§ 6 — Warranty / Statutory Rights
Your statutory consumer rights apply in full. In the event of defective goods, you are first entitled to a remedy (repair or replacement). If the remedy fails, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
For EU customers, the statutory warranty period is two years from delivery. For UK customers, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, and remedies for up to six years (England, Wales, Northern Ireland) or five years (Scotland) where goods do not meet quality standards.
Minor colour variations between product photos and the delivered item due to monitor settings do not constitute a defect.
§ 7 — Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. This is mandatory by law and cannot be excluded.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of foreseeable, contract typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable consumer protection law, including for UK customers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
§ 8 — Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for UK customers, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Our full Privacy Policy is available in the footer of our shop.
§ 9 — Intellectual Property
All content on our online shop, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and is the property of Venireclo or the respective rights holders. Any use without our express written permission is prohibited.
§ 10 — Final Provisions
Applicable law: The law of the country in which you, as the customer, have your habitual residence applies. You always benefit from the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your respective country.
Online dispute resolution (EU): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are generally willing to participate in out of court dispute resolution proceedings.
Alternative dispute resolution (UK): UK customers may also have the right to refer disputes to an approved alternative dispute resolution body under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015.
Severability: Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
