Your satisfaction matters to us. At Venireclo, you have 30 days to return your order, no reason required. No stress, no hassle.
01 - Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an email at venire@skymail.de with your order number and a note that you wish to withdraw. That's all — no complicated forms.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 30-day period expires.
02 - How Returns Work
- Contact us - Send an email to venire@skymail.de with your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
- Receive instructions - We'll send you the return instructions within 1–2 business days, including the address of our logistics centre.
- Ship the package - Pack the items securely and send them to the address provided. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Receive your refund - Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
03 - Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Email us at venire@skymail.de with your order number and the size you'd like instead. We'll coordinate the exchange directly through our logistics centre and ship the new size to you as quickly as possible.
Please note: delivery time for exchange orders is approximately 7–10 business days.
04 - Return Conditions
For us to process your return, the items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags still attached
- In the original packaging or equivalent packaging
- No damage caused by improper use
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items returned worn, washed, or damaged.
05 - Refunds
After your return has been successfully inspected, we'll refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
