Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING COSTS Standard shipping throughout the EU and UK is free for orders over €70.00 (approx. £60). For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times are typically 7 to 10 business days. Please note: in exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes (for example during holidays or sales).

3. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (tracking link), where available. Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS Shipping is handled by carriers such as DHL, DPD, GLS, Royal Mail, Evri, and Parcelforce, depending on your destination. We reserve the right to choose an alternative shipping partner in individual cases.

5. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address or non acceptance, it will be held by the carrier at a depot or warehouse to be prepared for redelivery.
